Order-Related

1. How far in advance do I have to place my order? 

  • Order by 5pm the day before for next-day delivery between 1-5pm 
  • As our products are freshly made in small batches, it is recommended to place your order early to prevent disappointment. Our delivery window opens 30 days in advance! 

 

 2. What is your delivery timing? Can I specific a timing?  

  • Our standard delivery time slot is between 1-5pm 
  • If you need to specify a particular delivery hour or outside of our standard delivery time slot, our team can arrange a dedicated driver with an additional cost of $10 per trip, subject to availability    
  • In general, due to high demand, we are regrettably unable to accommodate special deliveries on public holidays, public holiday eve and festive periods (Christmas Day, Mother’s Day, Chinese New Year etc)

 3. Do I have to be home for deliveries?  

  • There is no need for you to be home to accept your deliveries! 
  • For dacquoise boxes and dacquoise cake, they are packed in ice packs and thermal bags, and they can be left outside your door till evening time and our driver will leave the items in a cool safe spot  
  • For nougats, it can be kept in room temperature and our driver will leave the items in a cool safe spot  

 

4. Orders to Jurong Island, Tuas Region and Sentosa Island 

  • Please note we do not deliver to Jurong Island, Tuas Region and Sentosa Island – All orders placed to these regions will be cancelled and refunded, and it could be as last minute as on the day of delivery 
  • If there is a special request for deliveries to these regions, our team will have to arrange a dedicated driver for your order with an additional cost of $25 per trip, subject to availability

5. Do you do bulk orders? 
  • Yes, we do offer the following bulk order discount:  
  • 5% off for orders $150 and above with discount code “5OFF” 
  • 10% off for orders $300 and above with discount code “10OFF”

  • All changes are subjected to availability  

 

  7. Can I return the products?   

  • Strictly no return of items due to food safety and hygiene reasons 

 

Products-Related

1. How to best store your products? 

 Dacquoise:  

  • For 4°C fridge: Chill immediately upon delivery. Dacquoises can be kept for up to 3 days in an airtight container or Ziplock bag 
  • For -18°C freezer: Freeze immediately upon delivery. Dacquoises can be kept for up to 3 weeks in an airtight container or Ziplock bag 
  • Note: Flavours with rice cakes are advised to be consumed on the day of delivery to ensure the best rice cake texture 
  • Detailed instruction card with storage and consumption instructions will be given with the products 

 

Snowflake Nougats:  

  • For cool room temperature: Snowflake nougats can be kept for up to 3 days away from direct sunlight 
  • For 4°C fridge: Snowflake nougats can be kept for up to 3 weeks in an airtight container or Ziplock bag 
  • Detailed instruction card with storage and consumption instructions will be given with the products 

 

2. How to best enjoy your products? 

Dacquoise: 

  • From 4°C fridge: Eat directly, or leave in room temperature for 10 minutes for a softer texture 
  • From -18°C freezer: Thaw at room temperature for maximum 45 minutes or till desired softness, whichever is earlier 
  • Detailed instruction card with storage and consumption instructions will be given with the products 

 

Snowflake Nougats:  

  • For crunchier texture, consume at chilled temperature directly from fridge 
  • For chewier and softer texture, consume at room temperature 
  • Detailed instruction card with storage and consumption instructions will be given with the products 

 

3. How long can they last in room temperature or air-con temperature? 

  • For Dacquoise, best to consume within 1.5 hours after taken out of the freezer.  
  • For Nougat, it can last up to 3 days in cool room temperature (away from direct sunlight) 

 

 4. Is customisation available?  

  • Yes, and we are happy to get to know your event’s needs! We can do customisation services such as sticker and ribbon customisation.

 5. Are your products Halal?  

  • Our kitchen is currently not Halal-certified yet. However, our kitchen is Halal-friendly and none of our products uses alcohol, pork, or lard.  
  • In addition, all animal-derived ingredients are Halal-certified! 

 

 6. Are your products vegetarian or vegan? 

  • Our dacquoise is vegetarian but not vegan as it contains eggs and dairy products  
  • Our snowflake nougat is not vegetarian as it contains beef gelatine  

 

7. Are your products overly sweet? 

  • All our products are crafted with reduced-sugar recipe. Furthermore, feedback received have mentioned that it is not too sweet, and we hope it will suit your palate too!
